Acne announced in London Fashion Week September 2010

The British Fashion council has announced the official London Fashion week schedule for September 2010. It is set to include Swedish fashion house Acne. Other designers who have confirmed are Matthew Williamson, Burberry Prorsum, Jonathan Saunders and Giles.

Acne has created award winning denim since 1997 and recenty expanded to open a flagship store in London's Mayfair. Their range includes denim, leather and other signature pieces. 

“Fashion is the best form of self-expression. We like to design pieces that together form the coolest wardrobe, but is ultimately wearable. It becomes one way of thinking as individual pieces, but together creates a strong, modern and considered statement.” explains Jonny Johansson, Acne’s Creative Director.

Stumbling upon the following today made for some good watching. Having seen a lot of MTV's The Hills I am somewhat accustom to Kelly Cutrone, (People's Revolution) she comes across and the kind of person to get the best out of people mainly because they are too terrified to not be their best in front of her. Hugely successful, oozing cool and know how this clip shows a completely different side of this strong fashion PR at home with her daughter. Its fun, fashionable and entertaining to watch. Hoping you think so too.

RAFW 2010 - Romancing world class

You have to give it to Romance Was Born they put on a show, a suitably impressive world class fashion show. Moody, edgy and theatrical. We absolutely loved their violin print dress not 100% sold on the volcano but very time appropriate. What next? We look forward to finding out.
